If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within a 30 days window of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. We do not accept returns or provide refunds to any item that has been consumed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund. No exceptions. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If you are a subscriber, you must cancel 3 days prior to your scheduled shipment.
REFUNDS WHEN APPLICABLE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, a refund to the original payment method, at the discretion of our team* will be issued. Please allow 4-5 business days for the payment to be refunded to the original form.
If you have used paypal or shop pay as the original form of payment, there will be a 5% fee. This charge is relayed due to fees issued by paypal and Shop Pay. Please note if “free shipping” was received at time of purchase, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
When shipping an item back to Nummies, we suggest using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for a lost return and will not issue a refund.
Because of the nature of our products, everybody might have a different experience. Two to three weeks of consistent use is typically recommended, however there are some people that might feel the benefits later on their journey. Because of this fact, we do not provide refunds. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items. Below are items that cannot be returned and cannot be refunded:
- Contest winnings
- Promotional & Discounted Items.
- Items that have been consumed, products that have been opened and are not in the original packaging.
- All third-party purchases of Nummies Products (except for purchases from getnummies.com directly) must be returned to the retail location or online store from which they were originally purchased for a refund.
- Nummies withhold the right to refuse excessive return order requests.
- Nummies Replacement orders
Your order is adequately packaged with handling + transit in mind! While we do take care when packaging your order, damages can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged product + shipping box (if applicable) within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier and we will work together to find a solution to your damaged product
COUPON & PROMO POLICY
Occasionally we offer coupons or codes to redeem on our website. Should you choose to use a coupon, you must type it into the code area before finishing check-out. We are not able to apply coupons after purchase. You may use that coupon on your next purchase with us. When shopping with us on our website getnummies.com you are consenting to that.
Gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Nummies reserves the right to cancel any orders violating these gift card conditions without a refund.
*We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. Returns policy does not apply to bulk orders.
