All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise specified. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The delivery timeframe is typically 3-7 business days.
Domestic orders placed within the US are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. On special occasions or per customer request, we may ship via UPS. Orders typically ship within 3 - 7 days once an order is placed + paid. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with all tracking information.
Please be aware that Nummies. is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, the buyer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If we experience a high-volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be notified. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If for some reason a wrong address was given or written at the time of check-out on our site, we reserve the right to not re-ship your order or replace it. We reserve the right at any time to terminate a shipment, payment, should certain circumstances occur.

Once the shipping courier has confirmed delivery, the package becomes the online shopper's responsibility. Please file a claim with your post office and contact our support center.
