For Adults:

Recommended dose: 250 to 500 milligrams per day.
Start with small doses to see how it goes.
Take it on its own sublingual (under the tongue for fast absorption). Hold the tincture in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing.
Or add a dose to any beverage (tea, coffee, juice, water) or food.
