Mindfeel Chai Latte

Sometimes all you need is a moment of warmth, a sip of comfort, and a little calm. This Mindfeel Chai Latte is my go-to for mornings that feel a little too busy or nights when I just need a mindful pause. Sweet, spicy, and totally relaxing, minus the alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat or almond milk

  • 1 tsp chai spice mix

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1 shot Mindfeel

Instructions:

  1. Heat milk with chai spices.

  2. Froth if desired, stir in honey and Mindfeel.

  3. Serve warm.
